Pending payments

I've made three donations to a single place. All of them still show pending. The oldest one was on Feb. 11 Is this something wrong on my end or theirs?

What does the transaction details say? How was payment funded?

Shows that it came from my bank account. I checked and it did come out of my account. I can't attach the screen shot for some reason.
