Pending Payment

Hey there. My customer on ebay left me feedback to confirm that he recieved his package, and according to paypal, I should have recieved the payment three days after said confirmation but it's been six and the payment is still pending. I tried calling paypal but it seems impossible to talk to a human. Anyone know?

Feedback is not what determines release of funds, tracking show as delivered does.  Sometimes there might be delays in PayPal confirming delivery.  If not released after 3 days after tracking shows delivery, it can take up to 7 days for domestic payments.  14 for intl payments.  If your transaction is considered high risk, it may be held until 21 days.  You can also call eBay to instruct PayPal to release funds.

If you do call PayPal, call early and during their business hours, west coast time.
