Paypal zeroed out my account with a payment.

This is about send-money transaction, which did not give me the option of reporting an issue. I had $70 in account before the transaction ($75) and was told the money all came from my bank. Paypal zeroed out my account and then charged my bank $75. There seems to be no 'resolution button' regarding withdrawals, and no one to ask - other than here. What do i do next?

are you sure Paypal took $75 out of your bank?

if so,see if they put $70 back to your Paypal account.
