Paypal refund carousel.

I made a perchase through the internet using paypal to a chinese seller on the 28th of June, shortly afterwards I was contacted as they could not send my item to my address(FPO/APO).  After about a week of trying to find a different solution, I asked to just cancel the transaction, and I was issued a refund to my Paypal account on the 18th of July.  On August 7th, paypal took the money from the refund out of my account with the message ";Rejected direct debit for payments made between June 19, 2017 - July 7, 2017" and then re-credited my account for the same ammount on August 9th with the message "Reimbursement for adjustment issued Aug 7.-Aug 8."  I never noticed it as it happend between me checking my paypal account.

 

Today, I received an email saying the my Paypal account was negative.  I checked and the transaction has again been taken from my account on Sep 7th with the message "Bank withdrawal reject due to non physical address: P0 issue:"  I attempted to use the resolution center but the transaction id is invalid for it.  Any help would be appreciated.

I would definitely contact customer support. Reach out to them by calling in or emailing through the secure message center.
