Hi everyone I just received my paypal mastercard in the mail a few days ago and I've been using it a bit here and there. When I go into my account to look at my purchases it says balance: 108.09 and underneath it says available credit: 360.00. Now my question is am I supposed to pay off that balance of 108.09 or is it just informing me of how much money I've spent on my card? Someone help please! Thank you.
