I received the following message:
"You recently qualified for a reward on a PayPal purchase. Due to a system issue, this credit may not have been successfully applied. We apologize for any inconvenience and have added this credit to your PayPal balance. This credit will not expire and will be automatically applied to a future PayPal transaction. You may also transfer the money to a bank account linked with your PayPal account." The transaction ID is # 2GW30289H5318730J.
I saw the $5 credit last week. But now it is not there and I have not used it in any of the 8 transactions I have made since it was added on Dec. 13.
Please advise.
