Paypal gift card transaction could not be processed

I tried to purchase an XBOX gift card valued $50 just a moment ago. But making payment it's shows this:

There's no transaction showing on this on my Paypal account page yet. So, I can't sort out the issue on resolution center. But my card has been already charged. Here is the proof:

My account balance was $0.6 so, $49.40 was charged (pre-auth transaction) from the card.

I want to buy the Forza Horizon 3 from Windows Store, but the offer is nearly ending. The worst thing is, as the amount has been charged, there's only $40 left on my card and I can't buy the game from any other place. Can I get a quick assist on this, please?

Call the number in the PayPal error message.

Thank you! Called customer support. The support assistant told that payment was declined by my card provider. And suggests me to contact them. Will update when I have more information.
