Paypal error

I wanted to buy shoes from PUMA. When I wanted to submit the order, it says PayPal error. But i checked my PayPal account and there are two pending payments to puma. However I did not receive confirmation email from puma. What should I do?

You should ask Puma,is the problem on their end or PAYPAL?

I called puma and they say it's nothing to do with puma because my order is not in their system yet.
