I’m a student age 16 and I can’t send money through paypal anymore. I was sent a invoice but the problem is whenever I want to send money I get notified by it saying “ Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay. “ I spent time collecting money and I wait over 48 hours. What do I do.. Also just keep in mind I don’t own a credit card. I use paypal for school only..
You are in violation of the PayPal User Agreement as you must be 18 or older.
