Paypal Bank Transfer still pending

I have transfered paypal credits to my account but still it's on pending status. This usually takes 2 hours right? But for me it's 20 hours already.

Is this the same transfer that you mistakenly sent to your debit card number and not bank account number?

Nope I tried to transfer another money to the correct account number.
