Payment to Netflix doesn't work

Hi, I'm trying to register on Netflix but when I try to sign up with my Paypal account I get a very unspecific error message (by Netflix, after sending my Paypal data and being redirected back from Paypal). The Netflix support told me that my Paypal account doesn't seem to have the necessary features enabled without getting any more specific. I didn't have problems with my account in the past and I do many international transactions via Paypal. However, it is only connected to my bank account via my Maestro debit card. Might that cause any problems?

I have a same problem, this is the message : We are unable to process your PayPal information. You may have canceled the transaction or this may be a system issue. Please try again

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
