Payment missing from Ebay transaction

Recently I sold a pair of Air Jordan 11's on Ebay for $130 and the customer received his package on Thursday (Transaction ID; 5SB98444K8610170Y ) . Today i got confirmation from Paypal that my funds were supposed to be available but when I went to go check, it wasn't there. On top of that there was no balance that I owed previously, so the question is: where's my money?

I am having a similar issue. I received a refund from Delta- it appears in my completed transactions tab- but the money never hit my account balance- 10 days have passed. I have called paypal 3 times (for over an hour each time). Pay pal said there is a "known bug"- that is occuring on the paypal end- well 10 days later- I still have no money and every time I call, they wont provide any information, and no information re when I will get my $100- so upset.
