Paying a Parking ticket in Italy from the USA

I had a parking ticket in a small town in Sicily, with a rental car. Now I get the bill from the town's police. I live in the USA. Its a small bill and sending an electronic Bank transfer in Euro will be too expensive, more than the bill itself. I want to use Paypal but the police there did not have an email address or a phone. How caa I pay using Paypal? Please help soon before the cost of the ticket goes up! Thank you.

You need to use a payment option offered by the police department.  PayPal woul not be valid as it isn't good for virtual items.

You need their Paypal email address,I doubt the Italian police has a Paypal account.
