I have received a buy it now offer from a seller but when I try to make the payment the PayPal option is not available for this purchase comes up. It says I need to do a PayPal wire transfer. I spoke to the seller he said recently upgraded from personal to business account and unable to accept direct payments for 21 days. Is this normal or am I correct to suspect something is not quite right? Funny thing is I accepted the buy it now but it does not show in my eBay purchases.
