PayPal is ignoring my messages

I escalated a case to PayPal. PayPal was very responsive throughout the case, and I later won it and received a refund. However, I sent one more email asking that I speak to a supervisor because I wasn't happy with an aspect of the escalation process. I have sent probably 5 emails over the past month, and none have been returned. Has this happened to anyone else?
