I just got approved for a credit line and I went to jcpenney.com to do some Christmas shopping and It doesn't give me the option to use my credit line but they are on list of stores that accept it. Am I missing something
Thanks for reaching out to our Community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're unable to use your PayPal Credit line - that's definitely a concern! I would advise trying to clear your cache and cookies and if it still doesn't show up as an option, please contact us to see what options we have to get this resolved.
