I set up PayPal to pay from my debit card but it created a PayPal balance instead. They must like to charge interest without my knowledge. When I tried to pay back the balance, it would not accept a debit card that's on my PayPal account. It forced me to link a bank or else I couldn't pay off the balance. Maybe some smart lawyer will start a class action lawsuit for all the interest we pay by PayPal deceiving us.
