A vendor has asked for my PP ID in order to send me an invoice for payment. Is there anything wrong with giving it?
Not really, if he needs to send you an invoice, he needs your email address. All your need to do is provide him with your email address (the same one you use to login to your PayPal account).
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
