Is anyone having issues with app? Just recently I noticed that I cant send money to anyone through the app. I get to the point where I enter the amount and hit the continue button and it just loads. I gave the app 20 minutes or so and still all it did was load the payments never go through. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still same thing. Please Help.
