I have Samsung Tablet A SM 580...PayPal app not compatible with this device. Does anyone know if this is a PayPal problem or a Samsung Problem?
The only thing that comes up is no carrier. I'm not sure what this means and dont seem to be able to find info to email or call PayPal

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
