Pay w/o verifying with Visa gift card

Hi, unfortunately I'm only 14 so I can't get a bank account or credit card. But for Christmas I will get a Visa gift card and pay some eBay things. I have heard that you need to verify to pay but can I buy some things with my visa gift card?

you cant join Paypal as you are not yet 18,so I dont know how you can pay an Ebay seller?

And be sure to register the gift card at the site on back of card so you can see the amount you have on the card.

You don't need a PayPal account.  You can just use the Visa gift card like a credit card.  Just select credit to checkout.
