Can I use pay after delivery for sending $ for goods & services?

When you pay, if PayPal After Delivery is not an option then, no.

You’ll see the option to pay after delivery or not on the Review Your Information page during checkout for all eligible purchases.

I know that. I was asking to see if anybody had experience with it. I will be sending money to a person for goods & wanted to use the pay after delivery.
