So I mainly use Pay After Delivery and all is fine. Problem is I have two ways of paying. One is the first that is paid through my bank that is linked with my debit card, the second is a backup debit card I mainly use. The problem with Pay After Delivery is it always takes the money out of the first method (my bank account) and I didn't have enough money in it and now I'm negative and going to get an over draft fee if I don't add money. I didn't have enough money so why didn't it go to my backup that has the money?! Also how do I make my backup to permanently be the one it takes out with Pay After Delivery? I go to settings and change how I prefer to pay but it says it's only for stores.
If I delete my bank I think I lose my access to a lot of things so that's not an option so wtf then?!

Oh wow... that is mad inconvienet. Even if the bank doesn't have the money and the backup clearly does it'll still be taken out. Oh well. Guess this is where you take the good with the bad. Thanks for the quick reply!

pay after delivery option is not working for me. i have tried and tried to get some answers. I know that it is not available on all transactions, but it is not available on any transactions for me. I have used it for sometime now and now I can't. The bank returned 1 transaction to them by mistake and after a few days they resubmitted and were paid. If that is the reason why I can't use it, why won't someone just tell me. I just want to know if it will ever be available to me again. That's all

I have been offered Pay after delivery option for the last few months. Now all of a sudden I'm not offered it on any transactions. In speaking with Pay Pal they told me that it is a seller thing but that can't be true, because I tried to use it on sellers I have used before. This has now cost me return fees and angry sellers. I wish I would have had some way of knowing before I tried to check out.

It is up to Paypal,it just decides not to offer PAD,who knows?
It couldbe you,it could be just not offering PAD for time being?

SAME WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ALWAYS USED "PAY AFTER DELIVERY" DUE TO BEING PAID ONE DAY A MONTH - THIS MONTH, HOWEVER, PAYPAL DECIDED TO - FOR WHATEVER REASON - IMMEDIATELY FORWARD 3 DIFFERENT CHARGES TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH INCURRED 3 $34.00 CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THOSE 3 BOUNCING! EVEN THOUGH, THE PURCHASES WERE APPROVED WHEN I PAID USING "PAY AFTER DELIVERY" OPTION AND THE PAYMENTS WERE NOT TO BE CHARGED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 7TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER CALLING ON AUGUST 25TH WHILE THE BANK CHARGES WERE PENDING, AND BEING ON HOLD AND THEN WAITING OVER 4 HOURS FOR A CALL BACK, I WAS TOLD BY "ELLIE" THAT THE CHARGES NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED, NOT PENDING. OF COURSE, I DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT, BUT WAITED TIL THE CHARGES WERE COMPLETED. ONCE AGAIN, ON AUGUST 28TH, I PLACED A CALL TO PAYPAL. I GOT "SUE" THIS TIME.................AFTER EXPLAINING THE CHARGES TO MY BANK, SHE STATES THAT ONCE ITEMS ARE COMPLETED THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR - SHE WOULDN'T GET TO ONE....THEN SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD AND COMES BACK TO SAY, THAT THE SUPERVISOR SAID THE SAME THING - NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I THEN INSIST THAT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IS FRAUDULANT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TRANSACTIONS DID GO THRU WITH THE OPTION OF PAYMENT AFTER DELIVERY SET FOR SEPTEMBER 7TH. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I GET "MIKE" THE "SUPERVISOR" AND HE TELLS ME THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO TO REVERSE THE BANK CHARGES. HE TELLS ME TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT TO REFUND THE MONEY. HE TELLS ME TO CONTACT THE BANK AND ASK TO STOP PAYMENT. WELL, DINGDONG, BOTH OF THOSE OPTIONS, BEING THE ONLY ONES AVAILABLE TO ME PER "MIKE", WON'T CLEAR UP THE 3 $34.00 BANK CHARGES FOR BEING OVERDRAWN..............................SO I ASK FOR HIS SUPERVISOR'S NAME AND HE SAYS HE CANNOT TELL ME THAT OVER THE PHONE!?!?!?!?!
