Pay After Delivery Payment Problem

So I mainly use Pay After Delivery and all is fine. Problem is I have two ways of paying. One is the first that is paid through my bank that is linked with my debit card, the second is a backup debit card I mainly use. The problem with Pay After Delivery is it always takes the money out of the first method (my bank account) and I didn't have enough money in it and now I'm negative and going to get an over draft fee if I don't add money. I didn't have enough money so why didn't it go to my backup that has the money?! Also how do I make my backup to permanently be the one it takes out with Pay After Delivery? I go to settings and change how I prefer to pay but it says it's only for stores.

If I delete my bank I think I lose my access to  a lot of things so that's not an option so wtf then?!

This happened to me too. Cancelled first zazzle.com order because they never asked which paypal method I preferred. Deposited enough money to cover both transactions--no one mentioned any NSF fees yesterday AM. Then placed second order last night for the same product (a father's day gift too!). Logged into my bank account today and found so many paypal fees that my account it officially overdrawn for the first time in my life, and I'll be 40 soon. So aggravating.And I've never had any issues with Paypal before. What the heck has changed?!

What happens when the purchased item is returned to seller before PayPal sheduled withdrawal of money from account. How do I cancel Pay after payment, or do I need to?

You shouldn't have to do anything.  Paypal cancels it.

If I used PAD before and I now cant use it, what does that mean? Do we have a limit on how many times we can use PAD? I have not had no restrictions put on my account or never had an issue with not having funds avail. I have used PAD on this site 3 times but it does not show up no more. This is the second site ive used it and now it doeant show. I do have 3 pending PAD transactions.

I'm having the same issue on Ebay. 😕 I've used this for well over a year without any issues, limitations, etc. Today is the first time the PAD option is not appearing.

I was told by pay pal its due to, to many PAD transactions on my acct. Its temporary blocked. PAD is my preferred payment. But he said I will be able to use it in the future. But I can still use it on other sites tho...
