Pay After Delivery Not Working October 2017

So what do we do if Pay After Delivery is not working at all for any purchase at all on eBay?  I know it doesn't work on all items as it's up to the seller to allow it but sellers I used it on just days ago it doesn't work.  I've tried it on multiple items and it's not an option at all via eBay.  It gives me the option to use it on DeepDiscount.com but eBay is a no go.  I've paused and restarted it and still nothing.

So it doesn’t work on some websites, eBay included, but others there is no issue? I guess it’s a better answer than the generic “we show no issue it’s up to the seller” line.

So one site that I know Pay After Delivery was working at, deepdiscount.com, now doesn't it allow it and it gives that answer from above about limiting pay after deliver if they feel there might be a security risk.  So instead of fixing the issue it now seems that PayPal has decided to just throw that excuse out there that the transaction might be at risk so pay after delivery is a no-go.  Way to go PayPal...if you don't want to offer it anymore just say as much...I don't think i have a need for you anymore though.

So it appeared about 20 min ago on eBay and gave an option of PAD but when I went to check out it made me refresh the page and then it was gone.  WTF?! PayPal!

Same thing happened to me. In addition, I chose PAD on eBay for two overseas transactions, but they processed immediately! I am glad that I had screenshots, but it made no difference. PayPal wouldn't honor it.

I haven't been able to use PAD since October 3rd. I started having the issue in September, and when I wrote them, I got the same "flagged by our internal security system" issue. It has only showed up for one site for me since them ( an eyeglass website), and not an any of the other sites that I've repeatedly used it on. I'm very frustrated and they keep claiming it;s a security thing and refusing to take ownership of the issue. Anyone have any idea when it will be resolved? Paypal hello??

Yeah so what I'm getting from that response is that something is wrong with their system. I love the whole, "we're doing this for your safety" thing. I hope they resolve the issue asap!!

Yeah this is extremely annoying... friday PAD was showing up... now its gone.

Tried both footlocker and zara today, aways used PAD there before, wasn't it a security risk then lol? 

PayPal is becoming very annoying to use, instead of improvements it's degrading on top of crazy fees 😕
