Ive been using pay after delivery for a long time. Most frequently with 3 different companies that I KNOW offer it becuase ive used it before. Now when I go to check out its not available....Im so confused as to why sometimes it lets me choose pay after delivery, and then sometimes it doesnt. Im between paychecks right now and i feel like PAD is so convinient, so im irritated that I cant use it today. This has happened before then like a few days or a week later all of a sudden it gives me the option to use it again. Anyone know why this is happening??
