Yesterday I went to purchase a $2 item and on checkout it showed I owed $98 on my 'balance' + $2. When I went to paypal.com I found no means to ask WHY I owned on the 'balance', no contact, no phone, no e-mail.. NOTHING. Today it shows I owe $120!!!!!!
