One time Registration fees then start subscription Monthely

Hello,

Is that something possible, as i have website which provide a learning..!

and i do asked them to register and pay fees for registration that is $50 fees, after that every month they have to pay subscription fees for $10

is that something possible in paypal.. if yes can you explain me how?
