I try with draw my money and I'm using the app and it don't even go to the withdraw bit it just says (there seems to be a problem at the moment we can't complete a your transition) I have two payments pending to go in my bank at the min as well and it won't even let me pay for anything on line I'm getting so sick of PayPal pls help
