Hi my name is **removed** and last week i was setting up my paypal account and I am new to this. So i put in my information and it asked me to confirm my identity. So i proceeded and put in my info on my phone . On my Date Of Birth, it didnt show any 2001 year, only to show 2000 and down. (DOB: **removed**) so i just put down 2000 and just thought it was just going to be fine. It then asks me to give more information so i showed them my Drivers liscense and Social Security. Next day i go to my account and it says this

I don't know if i can access use paypal anymore and I am not sure what i did to make it that way. If you can tell me if it is possible to remove this restriction, it would be appriciated.

Wait so even if i turn 18 in 2019, my paypal is still going to be restricted regardless or is there like a time to where my account can be used on my birthday? I just need to know because I am kind of worried that i won't be allowed to use paypal in the future after my birthday.
