Hi,
I'm missing 256 $ from my account .
I wanted to make a payment on ebay of 325$ (225 item and another 100 taxes and shipping) using my pay pal money and my Card . but I forgot that my card was renewed and I didn't update my new expiration date .
when I tried to make the payment I got a error msg. and the item was not paid but the money from my paypal account was gone.
when I updated the expiration date and made the payment the full amount was taken from my bank acount . and the pay pal I got 17$ in my paypal acount
when I contacted Paypal they told me that they know about the issue and its a tehnical problem. and they
its been like this for a month. no clear information nothing. they just give me those courtesy e-mails without a real answer or a fix
I've e-mailed the ebay seller if he got a double payment. He said "no" but I can't realy say for sure if he's telling the truth
I got nothing in my paypal transactions history . just those 2 payments. that were paid with the credit card.
Anyone know what to do?
