Minimum Interest Charge

Can anybody explain what is the $2.00 minimum charge that I found in my account?

I have never paid late.

That is the minimum charge if you are charged interest on your bill.

I don't understand: I am supposed to pay no interest if I pay within the time allotted.

It says that log in is required for the secure email, that's why.  You are probably contacting them through your account message system.

You sent me a contact page. On that page there is a link that says "secure email". I clicked on it and I expected to login to a page where I could contact them by email. But I get referred to a regular PayPal login, where I can't contact them by email.

I did not get that. But I tried it now and got the same result: I logged in and got the same page that prompts me to login to paypal.

Is your PayPal Credit account linked to your PayPal account?  If so, that is why it is taking you to the PayPal log in. Log in and see what happens.
