MASTERCARD WON'T WORK TO WITHDRAW FUNDS

hello, my VISA credit-card from my bank got replaced, because it was physically damaged , now i received a Mastercard,

i linked it to the paypal account, and confirmed it, it shows up in the main window, ... but when i want to withdraw funds, it does not appear in the option list. What is the solution to this ?

This is a U. S. PayPal Community forum.  In the U. S. you can only withdraw to a bank account, not to a card.

He was able to do so with Visa,he could be in a country where VISA not MC can be used  to withdraw fund.
