Known Issue: Received payments not appearing in balance

"PayPal experienced a brief technical issue yesterday during a planned system update which resulted in some consumers being unable to see a transaction in their account history after it had processed. And, some merchants may not have received immediate payment.  
 
The technical issue has been fixed and PayPal is working to have these transactions reflected accurately for both consumers and merchants.

I know this has been a frustrating issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  I want to assure you this was immediately escalated and is being worked on at a high priority.  We don't have an exact ETA but our engineers are working to fix the transactions affected by this issue as soon as possible.

Q. Why I cannot see the money in my balance? I am sure that I received a payment because I received the email confirmation.  

A system change last night has resulted in an issue whereby instant bank funded transactions are not appearing on account balances. Once you received the email confirming your payment the transaction did complete but it will only appear in the account balance once this issue is resolved.

 

Q. Why does the system not allow me to withdraw the payment that I already received?

You will be able to withdraw the funds once the transaction appears on your account balance.

 

Q. I received a payment, but I cannot see the money in my balance. Should I send the parcel?

Until the payments shows as completed in your account activity log we would advise you not to send out the parcel. We expect this issue to be resolved soon therefore this shouldn't cause any major delay to your parcel send.

I understand things 'happen' however Paypal addressed this MAJOR issue in a very juvenile and selfish manner.

 

First they claim it was a 'brief' technical issue. BRIEF?  Holding onto someone's money for over 48hrs is NOT BRIEF!  Then they NEVER posted and avoided all announcements until the issue became a fervor.

 

Bottom line:  Grow up Paypal and behave like adults. Post up the technical issues, what is going on, realistic timeline, and TAKE RESPONSIBLITY!  My 9 year old behaves better than what Paypal displayed through this process.  Additionally, you really need to address the skillset for those involved here, perhaps a change is needed. 

 

You acted like a bunch of spoiled 20 something year-olds, avoiding accountbility for your own actions and hoping issues will go away on their own.  MAN-UP!

Is all of this supposedly fixed now?  Why is my balance still messed up? Appears there is some money that never made it thru. I tried emailing paypal but all you get is the useless canned response email back, typical useless nonsense that PP is famous for.

I just got off the phone with Jil from paypal who told me that this issue was unknown to him.  How can your helpdesk not know about this issue? I read him the ebay announcement email that was sent to me. Jil had no clue what I was talking about.

You miss the point, how can somebody at the help desk not know of this issue?  He told me that the email I received from ebay was a spoof and to report it.  Give me a break!

and I don't know if this issue is resolved or not, I have an unpaid item just sitting in ebay and paypal has no clue that this issue even exists.  His name is Jil who I spoke to.

I have been waiting on this site around 1h30min http://imgur.com/a/PoZr6 and still dont get money there is writed dont close your web browser and dont refresh this site I already closed it because I was scared about my money on Bank Account what do I need to do??
