Itemised bills

I find it both irritating and disturbing that I do not receive itemised monthly bills.

As everything is electronic, there is no cost to Paypal to send out itemised bills yet they just send a total bill and expect you to trust them that they have got their sums right.

It's a very peculiar way of working  - and downright suspicious.

For instance, I frequently end up printing more than one postal address as out printer is on the blink.

They say they only bill you for the delivery label used but how can you check? If you track the item, it will show up all the same tracking for the used and 'unused' tracking numbers.

Does anyone else fear we might be being shortchanged?

If I go to a restaurant or a supermarket, I get an itemised bill. Who decided Paypal should be different?

Your thoughts, good or otherwise, would perhaps get a bnadwagon rolling and this anomaly sorted out.
