Selling something intangible meaning - it's not physical, it can't be shipped and tracked is the best way to get yourself in a pickle.  There's no seller protection for you.  In addition, if the method of payment was to use the "Send Money" feature, that's just adds another log to the fire.

As a seller, you should have sent the buyer an invoice through your PayPal account (which should be a Business account).   It appears that the buyer is trying to scam you, when someone offers to pay you more than what you're asking - that's a red flag.   If you go through with this deal and you actually do give this person the game account, he or she can open a dispute against you claiming they didn't receive their purchase - if PayPal decides in the buyer's favor - the buyer will get the money back.
