Invoice listed twice under "pending" will I be charged twice?

I'm purchasing something from a vendor who sent me an invoice to pay via paypal and when I paid the invoice under the "activity" tab of my paypal account the invoice is listed twice under "pending".  The top one has the date I paid the invoice on and reads Oct 06 Payment $XXX and the bottom one reads Oct 04 Invoice Recieved $XXX.   (Both $XXX values are equal).  My question is is this just how paypal does things it lists when the invoice was created (Oct 04) and just puts -$XXX to indicate I owe money but I'm only going to be charged for the Oct 06 Payment one?  I just want to know if I'm going to be double charged for this invoice or not as the invoice is for a signfigant dollar amount.

Without seeing the detials of your activities list or summary activity it's not possible to know for certain.  It may be that one line is just the approval amount which will drop off when all is completed.
