Incorrect email address during processing

I had paid for software online through Paypal. At the end I may have put in an incorrect email address. Note: I was processing as a guest. I have not received a receipt from Paypal nor did I receive a license from the software company.

Your best option for assistance is to contact your credit card issuer as they may be able to help. Contacting the merchant is also another option.
