I was scammed, help.

I was scammed $100 for a payment. I sent the money first and I ahvent received my product. The money won't be sent to the man until tomorrow because he lives in Germany. Is there any way I can cancel the payment or get my money back before then? I waited so long to get that money and it's all gone now. 😞
