Does anyone know if PayPal is having an issue? I need to send some money out to someone who is making a custom item for me. My account is no longer showing me an option to send money via Goods and Services or Friends and Family. All I'm seeing is the option to send money without any indication of which PayPal service is being used to send the funds. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
