I just received half of the service i was ordered. [I NEED REFUND]

I buy a balance on a site in order to buy their vps. But till now i didnt receive the VPS i was ordered for. (exactly i just received some piece of it)

The seller provide information on their website that the setup time is 3x24 hours. but i received the VPS after 12 days, im always contacting them also. and the reply is "yes today" and anything similar. and the **bleep** is i i just received 8 VPS of 32 VPS i was ordered. So i came here to ask if i could get refund for the balance i add to their website.

Virtual items are risky and best paid with credit card.

For now, just file a dispute with PayPal and hope you get a good resolution.
