Sorry I don'd have any other way to solve my problem. I contacted paypay via email, phone calls, but there is no answer.

So, admins, please give me some answer about transactions 5N726919NF552753E and 82S64426LJ4385203. These transaction are still ON HOLD. Transaction were made 22  May and second on 01 Jun.

Click on help and contact at the bottom of the page then then phone options on the next page.  Use the one-time passcode option.
