Hello help please i am new user of paypal and recently i got paid from my own company through paypal but no money in my wallet and if i ask them they say contact paypal support on our side we have paid you. in fact i have not link credit card to paypal can it be a problem of not receiving my payment or can i proceed waiting a little longer. any one help me plzzzzzzzzzzz
If there is no transaction showing on your PayPal activity list on your computer then you have not received money. Contact the sender and ask for details on how the money was sent and also the transaction number so you can phone PayPal support.
