How do i Unlink my wif'e's PayPal Credit Account from my PayPal Account?

When PayPal Credit was Bill me later, i was able to link my wife's bill me later Account to my PayPal Account and now i can't seem to find how to make payments from my wife's bank account to her PayPal credit Account (as we have done in the past) all from my PayPal Account. This is so frustrating but something happend during the Bill me later and Pay Pal Credit merge. The bottom line is now my wife and i are late on payments because her Bank has declined to transfer money to my PayPal account to pay her PayPal Credit Account. I'm thinking the best option now is to unlink her Acccount from my PayPal and set her up with a PayPal Account. Any suggestions?

To do that, we’ll just need to verify some information with you.  We can also find out why making payments through your account isn’t working for you.  Typically, if a bank transfer fails it means we need to verify that we have the correct bank account information on file.
