My account was blocked, I sent the required documents. I got an email saying my account was working but i still can not mkae payments. I emailed paypal but just get an automated response. Paypal are a nightmare to deal with, really difficult to speak to a human and then they seem to know nothing. What do I do now?

I remember Paypal has different ways of restricting an account-
it can allow payment coming in but no payment going out
it can allow payment going out but no payment coming in
OR
it disallows any movement in or out of that account.
