Help buying tickets online

I’m trying to buy tickets to a festival from someone on craigslist. Is there a way for me to send funds and then make sure the seller only gets them once I have confirmed I have received the tickets? Or any other ideas to make this work???

Paypal doesn't do escrow.

Your best bet is to read up on buyer protection in the user agreement and risk assess your transactions.

Also if i were you i would fund those paypal payments via a credit card.
