I have a Vanilla Visa card, and i linked it to paypal. When i made a purchase, i checked on vanillacisa.com and no transaction was made. Its been an hour and im worried.

All that can be suggested is that you simply keep checking - some transactions are not instant as they take a bit of time to be posted.
