Hi
All my life i made a lots of orders on many webstores, but now, for the first time, i´m trying to make a order on Gearbest, everything went well with Paypal payment, but a few hours later, i received a email with a refund from Gearbest, and trying this three times.
They response is:
" We am sorry you are experiencing difficulties to us pay by PayPal On 09/04/2016 .
Our billing system that is handled by a third party, has rejected this payment due to a potential dispute or chargeback risk. Therefore this order has been automatically cancelled and refunded. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
If you wish to place new order with, we kindly ask that you please repay the money for the previous order firstly. Alternatively you could pay for the new order using either western union or a bank transfer.
We wish to apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. We hope to hear from you soon."
I already contact Paypal, and they said , there´s nothing wrong with my Paypal account!!!
I don´t know what to do, is there any else with this problem????
Regards

They are probably denying buyers who have filed disputes or chargebacks before on purchases. There are chargeback insurance companies that tracks this information and stores employ them to protect themselves from such buyers. Seems like the new hot thing on the horizon for Internet merchants as protection in the aftermath of PayPal disputes and eBay's money back guarantee and rampant chargebacks.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

From the explanation you gave, it seems very likely your case. They want you to pay by bank transfer or western union. You've just never seen the kind of info those chargeback insurance companies can get on buyers then to report to their client and make recommendations whether to accept your order or not. As a result, the stores either cancel your order or have you pay in a method that there is no real recourse for you to file claims and chargebacks.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
