From what you’ve described, it sounds like your funds are being affected by payment holds. In order to ensure a secure environment for buyers and sellers alike, we may place a temporary hold on your funds if you are new to selling with PayPal, if a dispute/buyer complaint has been filed against a recent transaction, or if PayPal has additional questions regarding your transaction history. In the event that your funds are held, you can access them more quickly by shipping this item out and marking your order as "processed". Once we know that the buyer has received the item and is happy, we will release those funds to your balance within 7 days. If you ship directly using USPS, UPS or FedEx, or pay for shipping and print labels on PayPal, we will automatically verify the delivery and release those funds to your PayPal account balance within 3 days.
