I received funds from someone on Thursday/Friday, March 8/9. It is now past the date when the transaction was to be completed, and though I can see the +75.00, my balance is still 0.00. What does this mean?

Ebay sale?
Website sale?
Private sale?
Clearance date?
New seller hold?

It was a refund. Supposedly, it was to be "complete" yesterday. Do I just....wait for my balance to show the amount?

Well it would have helped if you had actually said it was a refund in the first place, saved me typing all that lot out which was not needed !!
How did you FUND the paypal payment to the seller that was refunded in the first place?

Well i have plenty of emotional or other intelligence and that is why I can work out the answer to your problem.
But from your original post you would have to be telepathic to know you were talking about a refund so as I said it would have helped if you had done so.
Thanks for wasting my time.
Bye

Guess you couldn't read that this is a 'user to user' community advice forum either as well then?
Nope, volunteer means that I do not work for Paypal.
I have been helping on here for 10 years and with nearly 10,000 kudos / solutions I often have the answers that the customer service 'reps' don't (as they read from a script).
Yours was an easy one.
